MassChallenge Switzerland, part of the global MassChallenge network, proudly announces the 103 early-stage startups selected for the 2025 accelerator programme.
This year’s cohort represents the top 8% of global applicants, chosen by nearly 400 independent experts from the MassChallenge Switzerland community. Each startup received tailored feedback from the judging process to strengthen their value proposition. The selected startups span 34 countries across 5 continents and are united by a strong commitment to delivering impact (emissions removed, lives saved, safety & resilience, etc.). They represent a diverse range of industries and will participate in a 4-month programme structured into four industry-specific tracks.
Since 2016, MassChallenge Switzerland has supported startups across Europe and beyond, with its 950 alumni raising over CHF 2 billion in funding to date and creating over 59,000 direct and indirect jobs.
A Programme Designed for Growth
The 2025 accelerator combines in-person events (bootcamp, mid-programme, and finale) with an online curriculum of expert-led workshops and lectures. Startups will benefit from world-class mentorship, networking with corporates and investors, free co-working space, and tailored support.
Matt Lashmar, Managing Director, MassChallenge Switzerland:
“Congratulations to all the selected startups! You were chosen by our independent judges from the 1,527 that applied to the Swiss and UK programmes. We look forward to welcoming you in person at bootcamp, so we, our corporate partners, our expert mentor and speakers, and our investment partners can help you grow your businesses, so that you can add value to society.”

The accelerator will culminate in the Awards Ceremonies at the end of October in Lausanne, where top startups will be recognised and awarded. Up to CHF 1M in zero-equity prizes will be distributed across the cohort, along with several in-kind awards.
